Whether you have come to see Dr. O’Hara for a simple cosmetic
enhancement procedure or are in need of reconstruction surgery after cancer
treatment, the consultation appointment offers the patient the opportunity to
discuss their concerns, fears, expectations and goals.

Along with his Ivy League training and meticulous artistic
surgical techniques, when you enlist the services of Dr. O’Hara you also get the
“real deal,” that is, a doctor who tells it like it is, and delivers realistic
and rewarding results.
Care Philosophy:
It is all about YOU!
“Each patient that steps into my office brings with them a
unique set of circumstances, time parameters, and, desires. It is my
responsibility and passion to address each of their individual concerns in a
realistic and professional manner, to ensure natural-looking results,” notes Dr.
O’Hara.
Lifestyle Is A Major Consideration In
Planning:
From busy executives, and at-home Mom’s with hectic
schedules, to seasonal patients such as snowbirds, educators, etc., Dr. O’Hara
assists his patients in determining an aesthetic enhancement plan that best
meets their lifestyle needs and schedules accordingly.
Based on a patient’s lifestyle, their chosen procedure(s)
preparation and recovery protocol, and personal time commitment factors (i.e.
vacation time, pre-daughter’s wedding, spring holiday return north, etc.), Dr.
O’Hara counsels patients on their many options.
At times it may be more appropriate to have several
procedures done collectively, in groups, or in a series of applications. Often
when a patient is scheduled for another medically necessary surgical procedure
such as a hysterectomy or gall bladder surgery, that requires an operating room
facility, anesthesia, and an already established at-home recovery protocol and
“timeout” period, Dr. O’Hara coordinates with a patient’s originating
physician(s) for a one-stop, one recovery collaborative surgery.
“Collaborative one-stop, one recovery surgery is becoming
more and more popular,” notes O’Hara. “As long as the patient is in otherwise
good health (notwithstanding his/her originating surgical condition), there are
clear advantages for this type of approach. It certainly saves in cost and time;
the cost of the operating room and anesthesia are already incurred for the
original procedure, and your downtime for recovery happens at once.”
At Dr. Daniel O’Hara's office, his warm
professional staff treats all patients with dignity and compassion, with total
dedication to their safety, comfort and privacy in a state of the art
facility. |
